Update to Online and Mobile Banking

Effective Wednesday, April 22nd, customers accessing online and mobile banking may notice a difference in how they see their accounts.

During a system update on Tuesday evening, April 21st, we will be making changes to simplify how personal account holders access their account(s) using online and mobile banking with a single username. Not all users will be affected, and this will only apply to personal accounts.

After the updates are complete, you may notice that all personal accounts you are an owner and signer on now display using your existing username. If you have any issues accessing your accounts, or have any questions about the changes you see, please contact us.

(Note - These updates may not affect everyone,
and most will not notice a change.)
