A message to our valued customers:

Like many of you, we have been closely monitoring the rapidly changing events related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our team is responding to new information as it becomes available and we are actively preparing for all possible scenarios to protect our customers, staff, and the communities we serve.

We believe that banking is one of the core services needed during these times and fortunately almost all business can be done electronically or over the phone. We strongly recommend that you take advantage of these options during this time.

Beginning tomorrow, Friday, March 20, our Drive-Thru services will continue to be open with regular business hours. Bank lobbies will be temporarily closed until March 30. We will reevaluate the situation at that time.

Lobby closings: Customers needing lobby assistance may make an appointment by calling your personal banker or 800-644-9275. Without an appointment only Drive-Thru banking will be available.
Drive-Thru: All locations with Drive-Thru service available will be open regular business hours.
Loans by appointment: New and modified loan applications are available by appointment only. Please call your personal banker or 800-644-9275 to schedule a time.
Safe Deposit Box: Access to safe deposit boxes is available by appointment only.

If you plan to visit one of our locations, our team is taking extra precautions to frequently sanitize our facilities based on recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control and other health professionals.

Our convenient electronic banking services include: 

  • Online Banking to manage your accounts, transfer funds, and more.
  • Our free Mobile Banking App that can be downloaded to your smart phone.
  • Mobile Deposit from our Mobile App, to deposit paper checks from your smart phone.
  • Paying your bills with Online and Mobile Bill Pay.
  • Using your Debit Card whenever possible to pay for items rather than using cash.
  • ATMs that offer an easy way to get cash, and deposit currency and checks (availability may vary by location).
  • Remote Deposit Capture for depositing business checks from your office.

At Austin Bank the well-being of our customers and employees is of utmost importance. With the ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus, we continue to monitor the latest news and make every effort to ensure your banking needs are met during this time.

We are open and will continue to operate throughout this evolving situation. We have taken preventative measures internally to protect our staff and customers who visit the Bank, and there are plans in place to ensure service continuity.

For those who may not wish to conduct business inside the Bank at this time, there are service alternatives available.

Drive-thru & ATM Service:

Deposits and cash withdrawals may always be made through the drive-thru. In addition, our convenient ATMs have the ability to accept deposits and dispense cash.

Online and Mobile Banking:

Both business and consumer accounts are accessible via Austin Bank’s online banking platforms. Customers may also access their accounts through the Austin Bank mobile app (available for consumers and businesses). If you have not yet downloaded the app or enrolled in online banking, now may be a good time to do so. The apps are available for both Android and Apple devices.

Through these tools you will be able to view accounts and transactions; check balances; pay bills; transfer funds between accounts; make loan payments; check and set up alerts; manage your debit cards and deposit checks (through the mobile app).
