Star of the Month - December 2017 - Emi Noe

by Austin Bank 12. December 2017 16:33

Over the nine years this month’s Star has been a member of the Austin Bank team, she has earned a reputation for being a hard worker, loyal and friendly.  A favorite of customers and co-workers alike, she serves many roles in her office, often offering her bilingual services to assist Spanish speaking customers.  Please congratulate Emilia (Emi) Noe, Teller Operations Supervisor in our Longview Loop office, on her selection as our December Star of the Month.

Recently promoted to the role of Teller Operations Supervisor, Emi shares her experience with new employees by serving as a mentor through the Bank’s Mentor program.  She handles each task thoroughly and with an attention to detail, remaining calm under pressure, always acting with dignity and professionalism.  These traits coupled with her kind demeanor enable her to excel in her position and endear her to all she comes in contact with.

Emi and her husband, Daniel, live in Longview where they enjoy family gatherings and hunting.  Emi is a volunteer with Junior Achievement and the ARC of Gregg County, in addition to being a member of Saint Matthews Catholic Church.  A graduate of Pine Tree High School, Emi also attended Kilgore College and Axia College.

“Emi is a very kind individual who works hard each and every day.  She encourages others and is a true example of a team player.”

Lynnette Martin, AVP/Retail Office Manager, Longview Loop

“Emi is very knowledgable and always willing to help out when needed.  She is a great asset to the Longview Loop team.”

Erica Rojas, Customer Service Representative, Longview Oak Forest

“Emi is one of the sweetest people I know.  Having worked with her for many years, she never fails to put a smile on my face.  She is an outstanding Teller, but more importantly, she is an outstanding individual.”

Donna Bobo, VP/Relationship Manager, Longview Loop
