A legacy of service.
Headquartered in Jacksonville, Texas, Austin Bank serves the needs of families and businesses with over 440 employees in 31 locations, 21 cities and ten counties. During 2013, Austin Bank employees gave countless hours of volunteer service, and the bank contributed over $440,000 in direct support of local education, the arts, literacy, health and housing needs.
In the Community
One of the ways Austin Bank serves the communities in which we operate is through the giving of our time and resources. Each year Austin Bank associates donate countless hours of their time in community service work. We understand that being a community bank means being a part of the community and we take that responsibility seriously. Whenever someone is working to make a positive difference in our communities we are honored to support and work alongside them.
Since the inception of the Austin Bank Commitment-to-Community Scholarship program in 2005, Austin Bank has awarded assistance to 245 East Texas students from the area that Austin Bank serves. Scholarship recipients are selected based on scholastic achievement, extracurricular activity involvement, leadership qualities and an essay contest. We are proud of our area students and their determination to achieve their goals through a college education.
