Austin Bank – What Makes us Different
The First National Bank of Jacksonville opened it’s doors October 1st, 1900. Many have contributed to the institution which began as the First National Bank of Jacksonville. Early visionaries wanted to nurture a bank that would grow deep roots in the community and thrive with the passage of time. They realized over 100 years ago the need to establish a bank that would provide the financial stability and trust that would in turn contribute to the growth and prosperity of the Jacksonville community.
In 1996, the Austin's six affiliate banks changed their name to Austin Bank. Soon after in 1999, the six banks formed one charter with 17 offices.
