Austin Bank Vice -Chairman of the Board Jeff Austin III recently announced the promotion of Kathlyne Green to Assistant Vice President. Green handles Special Assets and Bankruptcy Accounts for Austin Bank. “Kathie is a knowledgeable, skilled collections officer who works with the courts on legal issues related to the bank, said Austin. “Her expertise and experience makes Kathie a valuable asset to the Austin Bank Team.” Green joined Austin Bank seven years ago. During her bank tenure, she has worked as a bookkeeping clerk, Administrative Assistant and the Special Assets Banking Officer. Prior to joining the bank, Green handled billings and collections as an Insurance and Billing Coordinator, Office Manager and Patient Accounts Manager for several local medical offices. A resident of Longview, Green and her husband, Bob, have five children and four grandchildren. She is a graduate of Lincoln High School in Des Moines, Iowa. Green attended Boise State University in Boise, ID and Kilgore College.
