Austin Bank Honors Donna Jack

Austin Bank recently honored Donna Jacks at its 2007 Service Award Luncheon. Jacks was recognized for five years of service. She was one of 32 bank employees feted for outstanding service and longevity on the job at a luncheon held December 7 at the Willow Brook Country Club in Tyler.

“We are proud to acknowledge Donna and her contributions to the bank. She works diligently providing financial services to our friends and neighbors, as well as the businesses in Grand Saline,” said Austin Bank Vice Chairman Jeff Austin III. “Donna is a valuable loan administrator who works to give our Grand Saline customers excellent service on a daily basis.”

“At Austin Bank our employees are the difference.  We proudly recognize the commitment and dedication each of these individuals has made to the Bank and its customers,” said John P. Williams, President and CEO.

Jacks, a loan secretary in the Austin Bank Grand Saline office, has 24 years banking experience in all areas of banking including operations and customer service.  She is a former Director of the Grand Saline Chamber of Commerce and member of the First United Methodist Church.  

This year’s annual luncheon recognized Austin Bank employees who completed five, 10, 15, or 20 years of service in 2007.
