Mike Ogg who has 36 years banking experience has been with Austin Bank for 26 years. He was Vice President of Lending and Compliance prior to becoming the Whitehouse Location President. Ogg is a Board Member for the East Texas Scottish Rite and a member of the President’s Council for Houston Baptist University, the Habitat for Humanity Selection Committee, Henry Marsh Bell Masonic Lodge, and the Sharon Shrine Clown Unit. Ogg is a graduate of Houston Baptist University with a Bachelor in Business Management and the Commercial Lending School of the University of Oklahoma. John Whitsell has been with Austin Bank two years. Whitsell also serves as the Mayor of Troup, treasurer of the Troup Community Development Corporation and a volunteer fireman with the Troup Volunteer Fire Department. In 2006, he was named Citizen of the Year by the Troup Chamber of Commerce.
