"Tyler and Smith County are important segments of Austin Bank's business strategy and this location is vital to the Bank's overall commitment to the growth and development in the Tyler area," stated Jeff Austin, III, Vice Chairman of Austin Bank. “The new Cumberland Park location, a 5,500 square foot facility with a six lane drive thru, will be located on two acres at the Northeast corner of Market Square Blvd. and Hwy 69 South. With Loop 49 nearing completion our newest facility will be located to better serve our current customers and to help foster growth in South Tyler."

Larry Bolton, Senior Executive Vice President/Chief Lending Officer of Austin Bank commented that the new location is scheduled to open by 2007. "This expansion confirms our belief in the strong growth and development of south Tyler,” says Mr. Bolton. “Our future location will offer Austin Bank new opportunities to better serve our customers and businesses in that area."

Cumberland Park will be Austin Bank’s fifth Tyler location with offices located in South Tyler on Old Bullard Road, the Med Center office at 611 S. Beckham across from Mother Frances Hospital, Downtown in the Petroleum Building and on the West Loop in front of Hollywood Theatre.
