AUSTIN BANK RECOGNIZES DEBRA CURBOW

Austin Bank recently honored Debra Curbow, the Garrison office Head Teller, at its 2006 Service Award Luncheon. She was among 26 employees recognized for outstanding service and longevity on the job at a luncheon held at the Pinecrest Country Club in Longview on December 6.

“We are proud to recognize these employees. They works as a team providing financial services to the East Texas community we serve, said Austin Bank Chairman Jeff Austin Jr. “Debra is a dedicated, loyal worker who provides excellent service to our customers on a daily basis.”

The annual event recognized Austin Bank employees who completed five, 10, 15, 35 or 40 years of service in 2006.

Curbow received a five year Service Award. As Head Teller, she is responsible for training new tellers and assisting with new accounts. She is a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. A 33 year resident of Garrison, Curbow has been active in community events including the FFA Ag Backers, Athletic Booster Club, Project Graduation, the Relay for Life, Breast Cancer Awareness and church pianist.
