Austin Bank Names Two New Retail Office Managers 
Austin Bank Chairman, Jeff Austin, Jr., announces the promotion of Cindy Cook to Retail Office Manager of the South Tyler location and Maria J. Davenport to Retail Office Manager of Austin Bank Whitehouse.
“Both Cook and Davenport are an asset to our customers. They are dedicated employees ready to continue the Austin Bank mission of serving the financial needs of the families and businesses of East Texas,” said Austin.
“We congratulate these employees on their past work and new assignments, said Austin. We know that when they take over management of the branch’s daily operations, our customers will continue to receive excellent service and choice of products.”
Cook joined Austin Bank in March 2005 as the Retail Office Manager in Whitehouse. Formerly with Hibernia, she has served in branch management for the past seven years and has 20 years banking experience. Cook is a graduate of Winnsboro High School and Tyler Junior College with an Associate degree in Business Management. She is a member of the Whitehouse YesterYear, Whitehouse Chamber of Commerce and Whitehouse High School Booster Club.
Davenport has been with Austin Bank since September 2005. She is a Whitehouse native with 35 years banking experience. Davenport comes from Bank One / Chase where she served as Banking Center Manager for eight years. She attended Stephen F. Austin State University and Austin Community College. Davenport is active in the Whitehouse community and attends Lane Chapel Methodist Church.
