Austin Bank introduces Online eStatements
June, 2005
A rapidly growing number of Austin Bank customers are discovering the convenience and flexibility of receiving their bank statements by email. As online banking services play an ever expanding role in contemporary lifestyles, Austin Bank introduces eStatements, yet another safe and secure service added to their growing list of online banking services exclusively for Austin Bank customers.
“We continually watch the latest trends in technology to offer new ways to provide our customers the leading-edge, value-added services they have come to expect,” said Jeff Austin III, Vice Chairman of the Board. “With eStatements, customers' statements are securely emailed to keep customers fully up to date on their financial status.”
eStatements, which replace the old-fashioned mailed (or snail-mail) statements, were launched by Austin Bank earlier this year. Austin Bank, once again leading the competition and raising the bar on customer service, offers a full array of free online services including free bill pay. Customers may activate eStatements, or any of the other free online services, quickly and easily on the bank's website.
Austin Bank, a 100 year-old community bank with headquarters in Jacksonville , Texas , has in excess of $700 million in assets with twenty-one offices in nine counties throughout East Texas .
