Austin Bank Vice Chairman Jeff Austin, III recently announced the promotion of Maria Davenport to Vice President. Davenport currently serves as Retail Office Manager of the Whitehouse office and Retail Market Manager for the Central East Market of Austin Bank. Davenport began her banking career as a part time high school student in1968. She joined Austin Bank Whitehouse office in 2005, was promoted to the Whitehouse Retail Office Manager in 2006, and Retail Market Manager in March 2007. Davenport is a graduate of Whitehouse High School, attended Stephen F. Austin State University, Austin Community College, and is a current member of the 2008 Austin Bank Leadership class. She has earned an AIB Certificate, Group One Insurance License and a Series 6 & 63 Investment License. A resident of Whitehouse, Maria and her husband, Joe, have three sons, one daughter and three granddaughters.
