Austin Bank Employees Receive Promotions

Austin Bank Vice Chairman Jeff Austin, III recently announced the career promotions of Natalie Lynch, Kim Raney, and Kathy Kidd.

Natalie Lynch, Location President of the Austin Bank Longview East Loop office, was promoted to Senior Vice President. Lynch has been with Austin Bank since 1999, starting in the Jacksonville office as a credit analyst and has served as a commercial lending officer with specialization in SBA lending.    

Lynch is a graduate of Pine Tree High School, the University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelor’s of Business degree in Finance, the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at SMU, and the Leadership Longview Class of 2003.

Lynch has worked as a volunteer in several community activities including The Junior League of Longview, Junior Achievement and currently sits on the board of the East Texas Regional Development Company.

Natalie and her husband, David live in Longview and recently had their first child, Samuel David, born last year. 

Kim Raney, a Senior Credit Analyst, was promoted to Senior Vice President.  She currently manages and develops the bank’s staff of credit analysts based in the Austin Bank Longview-Greggton office at 3400 W. Marshall.

Raney,  who has 15 years banking experience, has been with Austin Bank for seven years.  She joined Austin Bank in 2001 with experience from Bank One as an Underwriter.  

A graduate of the University of Arkansas, she holds a BA in Marketing.   Raney is a graduate of the Austin Bank Leadership Class and Captain Shreve High School in  Shreveport, Louisiana. 

Raney is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Longview for which she teaches a children’s Sunday School class.  She has one daughter, Emma.

Kathy Kidd, the bank’s Bookkeeping Manager, was promoted to Vice President. She currently supervises the bank’s bookkeeping department, statement rendering department, and customer care center at the Longview-Greggton office, 3400 W. Marshall. 

Kidd has 38 years banking experience which includes 10 years with Austin Bank.  She has an extensive knowledge of the banking industry gained from previous employment with First Service Bank, City National Bank, First State Bank, and Tyler Bank and Trust.

Kidd is a graduate of Gladewater High School, Kilgore Junior College, numerous banking courses, and is currently attending the Austin Bank Leadership Class.

A resident of Kilgore, Kidd and her husband, Jerry, have one daughter, Monica.  She has been active in the Sabine PTO, Sabine Booster Club, and the AIB Board of Directors.
