AUSTIN BANK Completes Acquisition

Jacksonville, Texas:  February 15, 2008:  Five new Austin Bank locations will open Tuesday, February 19, 2008 as Austin Bank completes the consolidation of City National Bank, Kilgore, Texas as earlier announced in November 2007.  The five locations; Kilgore at 1006 Stone Road, Longview at Hwy 259 & Airline Road and 911 N.W. Loop 281, Gladewater at 1625 East Broadway and 700 N. Main, previously operating as City National Bank offices, extend the number of full-service banks that Austin Bank now operates throughout the East Texas area to twenty-eight (28).

Jason Petersen, Regional President of Austin Bank stated, “We are very pleased with how smoothly the transition has occurred and are delighted to be entering the Kilgore and Gladewater markets while strengthening our presence in Longview.  Both consumer and commercial customers will now have advanced technology and an increased line of valuable products and services -- plus even more convenient East Texas access with 28 Austin Bank locations.”
