We are proud to introduce our February 2014 Star of the Month:
As a member of the team in our Customer Care Center at the Longview Greggton office, this month’s Star may not be well known to many in our Austin Bank family. However, her commitment to Austin Bank and its customers is shown daily as she works to insure our customers receive the level of service the Bank was founded upon. It is our pleasure to announce Stacee Chapman, Assistant Telephone Customer Service Manager, our February Star of the Month.
“Stacee always goes above and beyond in her interactions with customers as well as employees,” states Cindy Moss, Telephone Customer Care Supervisor, Longview Greggton. “She has an exceptional work ethic and is all about teamwork.” With banking experience spanning more than ten years, Stacee has the know-how to get things done, a dedication to excellence and a commitment to the Bank that inspires those around her to strive to do the same. Customer driven, Stacee may stand only 4’10” tall but she is as powerful as someone twice her size.
As an example of her commitment to her department, Stacee has stepped up to become the liaison between Technology and our customers. Though she would be the first to tell you that she is not tech savvy, she has tried to tackle the technical issues of the department all on her own and has now become the point person. “Over the past few years Stacee has risen to the challenge to help both customers and employees with tech questions in regards to our products. She has been a go-to person for not only her staff but also the employees throughout our branches and departments,” comments Brian Blankenship, Computer Support Specialist, Longview Greggton.
Stacee and her husband, Mark, have three children, two grandchildren and live in Diana. She is a graduate of Topeka West High School in Topeka, Kansas. Stacee was recognized with a 2009 Winner’s Circle Award for the highest number of calls taken in the call center. She is an avid reader and enjoys crafts, working in her yard and spending time with her grandsons. A member of Grace Creek Church in Longview, Stacee serves as a greeter and volunteers with several other classes and groups.
“Stacee is one of those special individuals that I love having on my team. She really cares about our customers and is like a “bull dog” when she is trying to help a customer resolve a problem. Stacee simply will not give up until she finds a solution. She does a great job for Austin Bank and is certainly deserving of being called a Star!”
Glenn E. Bass, SEVP/Deposit Operations, Longview Greggton
“Stacee is the most passionate, attentive, caring and focused employee I have ever had. She loves the people in the call center and the work she does. She is everything a manger should be, and more. I am proud to have her as my assistant and even more proud that I can call her my friend.”
Cindy Moss, Telephone Customer Care Supervisor, Longview Greggton
“Stacee puts more effort into her job than anyone else I know. Her care for our customers is her fuel and she will not stop until they are satisfied.”
Brian Blankenship, Computer Support Specialist, Longview Greggton
